Job Responsibilities

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business by coordinating with different departments and maintaining operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitor and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with the Customer Care, CRM, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track operational performance and identify areas for process improvement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with the relevant departments when necessary.
• Resolve operational issues efficiently and escalate critical matters to management when required.
• Ensure company policies, SOPs, and operational standards are properly followed.
• Support cross-functional teams in achieving organizational goals.
• Perform any additional operational tasks assigned by management.
Educational & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any discipline. A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Administration, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and organizational skills are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to prepare reports and analyze operational data accurately.
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in E-commerce operations or ERP/CRM software will be considered an added advantage.
