Microsoft today launched Windows 11, and the company has promised that it would be a free update for Windows 10 users. This new Windows 11 version will be free for existing Windows 10 users, similar to how Windows 10 was free for Windows 7 and Windows 8 users. All it requires a computer that matches Windows 11's minimum hardware requirements, which include a 64-bit processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage. Windows 11 will be distributed via Windows Update in the same way that Windows 10 updates were previously distributed.

The government announced today that the Bangladesh Bank will hold advance payments for e-commerce products until they are delivered to customers. As a result the central bank will effectively act as a payment gateway for sellers and buyers on the country's e-commerce platforms.

"Advanced payment made to the e-commerce merchants will be kept in Bangladesh Bank. It will be provided to the merchants or platforms only after the customers receive their products," according to Additional Commerce Secretary Hafizur Rahman.
