Salary: Negotiable & depends on experience
Employment Type: Full-time
NB: Male Candidate only.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and ensure quality.
- Research and source appropriate materials based on project type and budget.
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues on-site.
- Manage Interior or Exterior Project.
- Managing project budgets and schedules.
- Communicate With Contractor, Vendor and Architects.
- Ensure drafting accuracy and documentation of all required drawings.
- Interior, Exterior Detail Working Drawing.
- Produce 3D models and visualizations.

Qualifications:
✅Diploma degree in Architecture, Civil or Interior Design.
✅Proficiency in essential architectural software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, D5, Escape etc.)
✅Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
✅Strong 3D visualization and rendering capabilities. (Additional)
✅Excellent graphical presentation skills. (Additional)
