Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: The position is mainly responsible for the below tasks: Work with internal departments and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of all kinds of raw materials. Update and establish standard store and inventory management policy & planning then review time to time. Maintain inventory and stock of store by using modern Inventory Management Software Physical verification and reconciliation regularly of all types of store stock and inventory Distribute store materials as per approved requisition. Ensure all receive and delivery of store materials are properly recorded and documented& released. Monthly report preparation according to inventory flow movement and submit to Internal Audit/Proper authority. Ensure co-operation and co-ordination with production, commercial, accounts, and concern department regarding store issues. Develop and maintain the software-based system for materials delivering to the production floor as per plan. Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy. Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in the best possible way.

Educational Requirements Masters degree in any discipline Post graduation diploma/ professional certificates in supply chain management will be treated as an additional qualification;

Additional Requirements
At least 10 years where 4 years as a managerial position, and directly reported to the factory head; Industry or business area: Incumbents those who have work experience in the garments/Knit industry will get preferences; Garment general store, inventory management, store management, store/ inventory. Strong technical knowledge of Store systems & it's SOP. Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities; Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives; Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame; Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
