Order Procedure:
1. 50% ADVANCE NEEDED before Delivery.
2. Advance need to be paid through bKash or bank transfer. BKash charge need to be paid by client
3. We use Sundarban courier service to deliver products Inside & Outside of Chittagong .
4. You have to Collect your product from Sundarban courier service Office. (After getting CALL from the courier office)
5. courier charges will be based on location and weight.
6.For home delivery extra bdt 150 will be charged. (in that case you have to pay full money through bKASH with charge)
7. After bKash please send us bKash transaction number along with Your name, phone number, location.
8.No EXCHANGE NO RETURN
9.If, after your payment your product is sold out.. Don't worry about your money.. It is in safe hands.. Will refund your amount.
10.In case any damage, PLEASE inform us within 24 hrs of delivery.
