Job Summary
We’re looking for a results-driven “Team Leader” with excellent interpersonal skills to guide our customer support team to actively seek out and engage customer prospects with sincerity, dedication, and professionalism.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali, keep up-to-date knowledge of the call center BPO and possess computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations of the customer support team & prepare reports.
· Monitor performance and lead the team to achieve and provide excellent service to customers.
· Manage corporate communications, including responding to messages, emails, and building relationships with clients.
· Observe the performance of team members to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
· Maintain ongoing coaching and development for your team.
· Prepare reports for the line manager.
· Complete tasks assigned by the superiors
· Foster a positive and motivating work environment for team members
· Plan & utilize preemptive measures for daily operational challenges.
Requirements:
✔️Bachelor’s Degree completed
✔️ 1–3 years of relevant experience (Team Leader/Supervisor experience preferred)
✔️ Strong communication skills in English and Bengali
✔️ Good typing speed (English and Bangla)
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office
✔️ Strong negotiation and team management skills
