In relation with the business, Globe Investment & Fintech Co. obtained the Stock Dealer registration certificate bearing no. Reg. 3.1/ DSE-189/ 2000/ 059, issued on 25-04-2000 to deal in shares and securities business of its own and Stock Broker (as the SEC amended the regulation) registration certificate bearing no. Reg. 3.1/ DSE-189/ 2008/ 241, issued on 09-06-2008 by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Bangladesh (SEC) to deal in shares and securities business on behalf of its customers. Globe Investment & Fintech Co. obtained the full Depository Participant (DP) registration bearing no. SEC/Reg./CDBL/DP-18 issued on 04-12-2003 with Central Depository Bangladesh Ltd. (CDBL), who registered as a depository by the Securities and Exchange Commission. CDBL introduces and provides the service of Central Depository System (CDS) for the first time in Bangladesh.
