The theme for the Conference for this year is: “Food Product Innovation in the Era of Global Climate Change”. Through this theme, the aim of this year’s Conference is to explore the concepts of Nutrition Policy, Food Science & Technology as well as Food Law & Regulation in relation to Food Product Innovation and Development in Barbados and the wider Caribbean Region.
