It was undeniably a challenging year for the industry, but that didn't stop from emerging stronger than ever! In the past year, our accomplishments have been phenomenal:

▸ We welcomed 6 new team members who are now thriving and contributing to the success of Evolt.

▸Despite the layoff trend, our company has not had a single layoff. We continue to nurture our teamwork culture and invest in our greatest asset – our people. 👨‍💻

▸ As a thank you to our talented team, we organized some team-building activities like kayaking 🚣‍♀️, skiing ⛷, and mountain retreats 🏔.

▸And to top it all off, Deloitte recognized us as one of the "Companies to Watch." 🏆

We are extremely grateful to have such a great team that made last year so special. Our goal is to make the next year even more successful, doing what we do best – creating solutions that revolutionize business!

What a wonderfully productive day at the office! 💻

Today, we had the privilege of listening to one of our senior DevOps engineers, Sanjin. He gave an enlightening presentation on the 'Use of Docker in the development environment and preparation for cloud deployment.' 🤓

Our team was able to ask questions, clarify concepts, and leave feeling more knowledgeable and confident in their work. And of course, no learning experience would be complete without a delicious meal to follow!

After the presentation, we enjoyed some mouth-watering Mexican food together. It is all about learning and 'tasting' different cultures! 🌮

At our company, one of the core values is sharing knowledge! We believe that investing in our team's growth and development is crucial to our success. 🙌

The best view comes after the hardest climb!🏔

Our traditional weekend team-building activities continue as we make some steps up to the hills. 🚶🏼‍♂️

We made the most of the few sunny days we still have this weekend by going to the small village of Lukomir. Situated at 1,469 meters above sea level, it is a village at the highest altitude in BiH and is well-known for its native lifestyle, organic cuisine, and traditional architecture. We saw this as a great opportunity to take our team on another adventure and make some memories at this remarkable place. ☀️

With laughter, food, amazing weather, and fantastic energy, we climbed to the top to enjoy this peaceful piece of Bosnian history. We want to thank all of our team members who made this journey worthwhile and gave us amazing energy all the way through.
