In this session, we will explore the importance of personal leadership, the value of community involvement, and practical ways young people can step into leadership roles themselves. Participants will also gain insights into the U.S. college admissions process and learn how leadership experiences can strengthen academic and personal development.

Didar Yeraliyev is a dedicated youth leader and volunteer with American Corner Almaty. Through initiatives ranging from leadership and public speaking programs to environmental and community engagement projects, he has empowered hundreds of young people to develop confidence, communication skills, and leadership potential.
