While most people are chasing shade, air con, and cold drinks, our delivery drivers are out there doing the hard yards. Early starts. Long runs. Heavy lifting. Hot days that don’t let up.

They’re loading trucks before the sun’s fully up, navigating country roads and city traffic, hauling bottles, meeting schedules, and still finding time for a friendly word at the door.

It’s physical work. It’s repetitive. And in the middle of summer, it’s no joke.

🚛 We’re hiring a career MR delivery driver – Melbourne metro

Kiewa Valley Spring Water is a family-owned Victorian business that’s growing fast, and we’re looking for a reliable Medium Rigid (MR) Delivery Driver to join our Melbourne team.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role delivering premium spring water to homes and businesses across Melbourne. You’ll manage your own run, stay active, and be trusted to get the job done properly.

What’s on offer
• $70,000–$80,000 + super + commissions
• Take the vehicle home (MR Truck), reducing commute time and costs
• Flexible start and finish times
• Stable, full-time employment
• Well-organised routes and realistic workloads
• Supportive, family-owned business where drivers stay long-term

You’ll need
• MR licence
• Forklift licence
• Comfortable with manual handling (15kg+)
• Strong customer service skills
• A solid work history and a genuine interest in a long-term driving role
