nbn® Embargo Period
Fri, 19th December 2025 at 23:59 AEDT to Mon, 12th January 2026 at 06:00 AEDT
During the Embargo period, nbn will not carry out the following activities:
Planned changes to nbn’s operational infrastructure, unless resolving a service-impacting fault
Network rearrangements or augmentation
Software upgrades or configuration change
Service-impacting pre-approved changes

Exempt Activities that will continue as necessary:
Service assurance, service activations and network integration activities
On-demand FTTC to FTTP upgrades
Demand Held Orders
Emergency outages to resolve service-impacting network faults
HFC Network Activity Tickets for investigating degradation
Third-party driven planned outages affecting the nbn network

Straight Up IT Would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a safe and fun time for the holiday season. Thank you so much for your support over the past year. It was great rolling out some of our bigger projects in both comms and hardware this year. We are closed from Friday 20th December 4:30pm - opening on 2nd January 2025 8AM as usual.
