ABOUT THE BUSINESS:

The Collective Organisation, a direct sales company located in Brisbane. We perform face to face customer acquisition campaigns across the events sector - at exhibitions, shopping centres & trade shows on behalf of a major utilities brand.

ABOUT THE JOB:
As part of the face to face event sales team, your main focus will be acquiring new customers for the brand you’re representing and providing a great customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Approaching and acquiring new customers
* Leaving every single customer on a positive note
* Providing great levels of customer service
* Personal time and goal management

WHAT OUR CLIENT WANTS:
* Excellent face to face communication skills
* The ability to articulate ideas and service clearly one to one
* Super competitive nature
* 6+ months of retail and customer service experience

WHAT’S ON OFFER:
* Ongoing support, coaching & training
* A great HOURLY rate $26ph-$28ph + commissions - OTE $1200+ PER WEEK
* Work Monday to Friday - NO late nights & NO weekends!
