One year into our journey applying Lean Manufacturing principles in our production lines and we’re seeing tremendous benefits for our people and customers.
The discovery phase focused on all the steps between when an order for a new Hercules Truck Bed or Barracuda Bucket is taken, to when the finished product is delivered. Changes already implemented are further enhancing the efficiency, quality and agility of our services to customers.
It forms part of a Schlam Future Ready Manufacturing program, which is contributing to reliably delivering an exceptional customer experience worldwide.
