D22 Navara blowing alot of smoke during acceleration. Exhaust manifold was cracked so after replacing the exhaust manifold with an aftermarket option, a manual intake manifold clean and then onto the dyno. Increasing the boost allowed a much cleaner burn and no more clouds of smoke.

Intake clean on a KUN26R with just 120,000Km on the clock. You'd be surprised at the amount of carbon build up in your intake system!

A clean intake allows un-restricted airflow into each of the cylinders, meaning all cylinders receive an equal amount of oxygen to burn when fuel is injected ➡️ this prevents over fuelling of individual cylinders and potential damage to the engine or individual comonents.
