First up, Tori from The Star Gold Coast!
Each month, we work together to bring hundreds of people through this beautiful venue, and it’s never lost on us how much care, coordination and energy goes into making it all happen.
From room turnarounds and the amazing back-of-house teams, to coffee runs for the events crew and celebrating us on our birthdays… the team at The Star are such a huge part of making us feel at home every time we visit.

Earlier this month, Ally had the pleasure of experiencing InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort first-hand, and what a gorgeous reminder of how great this space is!
From canapés and cocktails at Lagoon Beach Club, to dinner at The Fireplace, dessert at Verandah Bar and breakfast at Cove Cafe, every moment felt thoughtful, warm and beautifully hosted.
A highlight was touring the newly refurbished Woolshed event space, complete with an impressive 18m LED screen by AVPartners. A space with plenty of flexibility, whether it’s a conference, celebration, incentive group or something in between.
A big thank you to Julie Marra and the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort team for having Ally. We’re excited to see what we can bring to life here ✨
Last week, the IE team traded event runsheets for a little time together in Brisbane ✨
We were lucky to be joined by the wonderful Adele Spurgin, who facilitated our Team Trademark session and helped us take a closer look at how we show up, work together and keep building as a team.
Because while Imagine Experiences is already built on strong relationships, great people and plenty of momentum, growth deserves intention. A reminder that taking time to connect, align and invest in your team is always worth it!
