"Four days of sunshine, your hundreds of thousands of smiles, and an extraordinary team of “irréductibles gaulois” made this 12th edition of Bastille the most “incroyable” to date. This festival is far beyond just a French celebration; it’s an expression of freedom, an art de vivre, bringing us together each year to eat, drink, sing, dance with a little « je ne sais quoi » we love. Merci to all who came to one of the most beautiful places in the world, aka Circular Quay and the Rocks, so we could create, together, joy in the Sydney winter and share this famous “joie de vivre” around good wines, good vibes, and delicious food with the people we love. To all of you joining us year after year, merci; to all our amazing volunteers, merci; to all our faithful exhibitors and partners, merci. Vive Bastille, vive Sydney, vive Australia!
