The holy temple of wisdom and inner safety .True change happens when you call on the Gift of courage to help you access that which needs integration and healing through your feeling body

One of the most frequent questions that I am asked in my counselling sessions with my clients is Why is this so hard for me ?

Why is my life so challenging or why is this relationship so challenging ?

I think it is relevant to say that many of us feel this way at some point in our lives as we have this idea that Life is meant to be one smooth ride .

But I am here to say with a heart of compassion that there is nothing easy about life . Relationships will test us and most probably why we have them in our lives . Is to test us as painful as it may be and what we forget to remind ourselves is That within that process of pain lies the golden pathway towards growth 🌸Today my friend , if you have come to the crossroads of questioning the challenges in your life whether in a relationship to someone you love so deeply or whether it’s life sweeping you to your knees 🌸

I invite you to remember to keep your heart open as Love continues to be at work within your life today .
