Well done to all the nannies and students at Cardio Tennis last Friday - it was a great work out and plenty of fun! Hopefully you could all feel your muscles the next day! We are looking forward to seeing you all again this week!

We have a new Nanny & Student Cardio Tennis group starting on Monday mornings so we'd love to see another great turn out.

We love to see new faces so if you haven't tried Cardio Tennis before, and want to join other nannies and students, book in for a FREE TRIAL for either our Friday or Monday group! More people = more fun!

Well done to all players who attended our Hot Shots Challenges on 11th August and 8th September, held at Mosman Lawn Tennis Club and Cammeray Tennis Club. Both events were a great success with a fantastic turnout, some brilliant tennis and a lot of fun had by all! Special congratulations go to all our winners - well played! The next Hot Shots Challenge will be held on 3rd November at Cammeray Tennis Club - we hope to see lots of you there!

To continue the Wimbledon buzz, Mosman Lawn Tennis Club is holding a Wimbledon Event this Saturday 6th July from 10:30am-10:00pm.

10:30am-12:30pm 'Junior Wimbledon'
- Hot Shots and full court match play on the grass
- 'Coaches Corner' with fun games, skill development and a speed serve challenge!

- Adult Match play on grass
