Finity’s Actuarial Internship Program gives students the chance to get hands-on with real client work, collaborate with industry experts, and see what life is like inside one of Australia and New Zealand’s leading actuarial firms.

We’re looking for penultimate year actuarial students who are keen to build their practical skills and get a genuine feel for consulting life. In our 10-week program, you’ll work alongside experienced actuaries, contribute to meaningful client work, and walk away with insights that can shape your career direction.

A warm welcome to our 2026 Finity Graduates who just wrapped up their first week with us in our Sydney office. Our 2026 cohort includes graduates across all our offices, including Melbourne, Sydney and Auckland.
