Back again with an event that tells the journey of soulful culinary creations — Tatler Off Menu 2026 Culinary Journey “From Soil to Soul”, featuring 23 renowned restaurants.
Taking place on 20–21 March 2026 at ICONSIAM.
Tatler Thailand, in collaboration with ICONSIAM, presents Tatler Off Menu 2026, a signature event that showcases the journey behind dishes rich in soul. Each creation highlights ingredients that tell the story of Thailand’s abundant and exceptional produce.
The event will be held on 20–21 March 2026 from 17:30–22:00 hrs. at ICONSIAM PARK, 2nd Floor, ICONSIAM, under the concept “From Soil to Soul.” It celebrates the origins of flavor, sustainability in cultivation and cooking processes, and the connection between Thailand’s fertile land and the refined tastes crafted by top chefs.
Tatler Off Menu is a flagship community event by Tatler, built around the concept of “off-menu” dining—featuring exclusive dishes never offered elsewhere and created solely for this event. It provides chefs with the freedom to fully express their creativity through unique ingredients and techniques that reflect each restaurant’s philosophy.
Over the two evenings, guests will indulge in exclusive “Off Menu” dining experiences, specially curated for this event by renowned chefs and a total of 23 restaurants, including:
