We pride ourselves on the service we provide. We will always keep you informed of the progress of any booking that is placed with us. We are able to service the individual with at home needs, right through to large corporate organisations with multiple facilities and services. Some of our clients like to use us for block bookings, making us a seamless extension to their own staffing needs. On the other hand some of our clients might call us just once every 6 months or so. All new Pure Ability employees attend an initial scheduled company orientation, and from there ongoing training provided by Pure Ability or our training partner is essential. As a base, all staff will be trained and competent in:
