What an incredible day!
Our very first public food truck event at the Elevated Cultural Festival was an absolute hit and we couldn’t be more grateful!

A huge thank-you to everyone who came out, supported us, and showed so much love. The energy was amazing, the vibes were high, and yes… the brisket toastees were flying out of the window!

Seeing people come back for seconds, share photos, and spread the word means the world to us.

First Event as the New Owners of The Cheesee Toastee!

Hey toastee lovers! We’re beyond excited to fire up the grill for our very first event as the new owners of The Cheesee Toastee!

Join us at the Elevated Cultural Festival
When: Saturday 22nd November
Where: Federation Forest Reserve
Time: 10am and 8pm

This event is extra special — we’ll be serving our signature Beef Brisket Toastee — slow-cooked, juicy, and packed with flavour, melted together between golden, buttery toast. It’s comfort food at its best and guaranteed to be your new favourite!

We can’t wait to meet our amazing community, share our new look, and serve you something warm, cheesy, and made with heart. ❤️
