Trade. Tania has spent her working life on developing her skills and industry knowledge to help industry colleagues achieve their most ambitious goals. Whilst having the opportunity to become one of the countries youngest Restaurant Managers Tania was trained in believing that to be part of this wonderful and privileged Industry you are required to deliver the highest levels of professionalism and experience. Furthering her hospitality career in all facets of the industry including Hospitality Consulting and Event Management Tania knew that creating MECC would allow her to share her passion, knowledge and expertise with Industry colleagues and the community. Tania’s business partner and long time friend Manuela Gatt brings a wealth of front of house and customer relations experience. Manuela whose experience includes, Restaurant Management and consulting stems from her lifetime partner and best friend Chef Matt Gatt. Together they have a real passion for food and service. Tania and Manuela hope that MECC will compliment the Industry by showing off their skills in the areas of catering, consulting and general hospitality management.
