Your mind’s Default Mode Network (DMN) is like the background narrator of your life constantly planning, daydreaming, and sometimes trapping you in loops of overthinking and self doubt. When overactive, the DMN can fuel excessive worry and conditions like anxiety and OCD.
Research shows that compounds like psiIocybin, L$D, and even ketamine can quiet the DMN allowing us to break free from intrusive thought patterns and experience deep states of presence and connection, much like deep meditation.

Almost 4 months later, and life has completely shifted.

Curious about microdosing but worried it might interfere with your sleep?
While microdosing can have incredible benefits like improved focus, creativity, and mood, timing your dose is key to avoiding sleep issues.
Here are a few tips to keep in mind to ensure your microdosing journey enhances your day without impacting your night:
1️⃣ Early Start:
Most people find it helpful to take their microdose early in the day, ideally in the morning. Substances like psilocybin or L*D can have stimulating effects, which may interfere with your sleep if taken too late.
2️⃣ Know Your Substance:
Each psychedelic substance affects the body differently. For example, psilocybin tends to be gentler on the body, while L*D is more stimulating. Make sure you’re familiar with the impact of the substance you’re using.
3️⃣ Track Your Reactions:
Everyone’s body chemistry is different. Start slow, take notes on how you feel, and notice if your microdose is affecting your sleep. If so, adjust the timing or the amount.
4️⃣ Stay Hydrated and Calm:
Sometimes, dehydration or overstimulation from your day can affect sleep quality. Incorporate mindfulness, stay hydrated, and create an evening routine to help your mind wind down.

Establishing a routine with your microdosing practice can help your body adapt more naturally, minimising any negative impacts on your sleep.
