Experienced cleaner ready for a stable, long term senior role?

𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐫 – 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭.

This is a hands on position working 4-5 days per week. You’ll be cleaning daily while also supporting the team, maintaining quality standards and helping jobs run smoothly.

This is a long term role within a structured local business.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞

We are looking for an experienced cleaner ready to step into a senior, hands-on role within our team.

You will be working on the tools daily.
In addition, you will:

🍃 Cleaning daily
🍃 Support and assist with training new staff
🍃 Supervise small teams onsite
🍃 Prepare and restock cleaning products
🍃 Quality checks

This is not an office or management position.
You will lead by example through your work, reliability and standards.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬

🍃 4-5 days per week required
🍃 Long term position
🍃 Based on the Sunshine Coast

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐬

Someone who:
🍃 Has strong cleaning experience
🍃 Is confident guiding others
🍃 Has high attention to detail
🍃 Is organised and dependable
🍃 Holds a current driver’s licence
🍃 Has full working rights in Australia

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐎𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫

🎯 $35-$38 per hour depending on experience
🎯 Paid above award rates
🎯 Superannuation paid
🎯 Travel time paid between jobs
🎯 Kilometre reimbursement
🎯 Consistent 4- 5 days per week
🎯 Long term, stable position

Paid above award rates with consistent hours, paid travel time and clear expectations. This is a stable long-term role within a professional and organised team.

✨ This role is not suitable for short term visa holders.

Easter Update 🐣

We’re hopping offline for the long weekend - this bunny’s going camping! So expect slow replies and delayed emails while we soak up some nature (with minimal reception).

After a few weeks of short ones, we’re fully booked and not taking new bookings for next week.

We’ll be back and open on Tuesday 22nd and open on Anzac Day (public holiday rates apply).
