Hi Everyone, I’m looking for a couple of people to help me trial my new online conditioning program for a discounted price!

The program can be done at home and requires minimal equipment - one set of dumbbells, a kettlebell and a mat! I guarantee you will be sweating after each workout. There will be 2 sessions a week for 8 weeks - sessions will be 40 to 50 minutes. This program is aimed at people who have been training at least 12 months.

The trial program costs $80 for 8 weeks - if you are interested please get in touch 😊 I’m hoping to get this starting in the first week of September.
