Home Base Design & Build Centre is looking for a bright and enthusiastic multi-tasker to join our Welcome Desk Team in a part-time capacity.

This role will suit someone who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment and loves working with people.

As the face of the centre, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers – greeting visitors and sharing your knowledge of our displays, products and services. You will also help to keep the Welcome Desk running smoothly through a mix of day-to-day administrative tasks.

What we're looking for:

• A people-person with exceptional customer service and written/verbal communication skills. A friendly phone manner is a must!

• Strong administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Excellent time management and organisation, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once

• A team player who's happy to jump in and offer support to other staff members
