After the Journey that we’ve all taken together through the Mantra’s of the sikh community
After the evolution of the evidence that we found about the creator of Kundalinni Yoga after the birth of becoming a mother that IAM, I have integrated all of my wisdom and teachings into a spiritual class. I simply called Breathwork yoga. It is still in St Kilda it is every Saturday. Please come down and sit in sacred space with me and chant some mantras
