Doing a bit of stretching after a session with this happy client!💪❤️ remember to do your stretching before and after your sessions. Do your dynamic stretching before your workout and static stretching after your workout. Taking time to do stretching and a proper warm-up will give us a lot of benefits. For instance, enhanced performance, reduced stiffness/ soreness, improved blood flow, a better range of motion, reduced risk of injury ect...I hope you’re all having an amazing weekend.
