Presenting the Trumpeter 1/35 RSOV (Ranger Special Operations Vehicle)! Based on the Land Rover Discovery (Wolf) platform this was inspired by their interactions with the British Special Operations variant vs their HUMVEEs.

I scratch built the Jerry Can holders and a back flip Down door panel (covered by the Marston Panel). I also added some engine bay details as the out of box engine bay looked as empty as Michael Bay's Pearl Harbour!

Painted in MrHobby Black Green and a bridged with the usual oil paints and Tamiya Panel Liner (Black) and with a dust coat of Tamiya Buff and MIG North Africa Dust.

Overall another great quick little build with more time spent on the custom bits than the ACTUAL out of box kit! just like the women your dad warned you about but can't keep away from she's cheap, easy and with plenty of baggage! (Sorry, couldn't help it!)

Next, I'll get the UK Version to make one used by the SAS/SASR!
