❗ IMPORTANT GUTRITION UPDATE ❗
It’s been an amazing journey so far, but like many good things, sometimes changes are needed.
💛 With a heavy heart and much deliberation, we have come to the decision to cease our meal kits, with final orders going out on 13 May 2023.
We started @gutrition with a simple goal - to improve the quality of life for people with food intolerances by simplifying meal times. It is the ‘why’ behind everything we have done, and continue to do.
We are so grateful for the support that this community has provided and we want to say a BIG thank you to:
✨ Our customers who have been instrumental in bringing to life
✨ Our supporters who have cheered us on from near and far - it’s been amazing to connect with people from all parts of Australia and beyond 🌎
✨ Our community of dietitians who we’ve learnt so much from and had the pleasure of working with
✨ And a special thanks to - Joanna, we couldn’t have made what it is without your support, guidance and wealth of expertise.
As is often said, as one door closes, another opens. We look forward to sharing more in the coming weeks and months about the next steps for 👀
But for now, this week will be your ⚡️ FINAL ⚡️chance to order our gut-friendly, low FODMAP meal kits, with orders closing next Monday 8 May for delivery the following Saturday.
Help us go out with a bang! 💃
Much love and warm belly wishes 🫶

Alison has always been a die-hard foodie who loves eating out at restaurants, and she was determined not to let her food intolerances get in the way of this!
In our latest blog post, Alison shared with us some great practical tips on how to navigate dining out with food intolerances. If this is something you struggle with, you will want to read this!

We often hear about the physical side of IBS, but it’s the mental and emotional symptoms 😔 that can be just as challenging to deal with.
When I was first diagnosed with IBS and started to come to terms with my symptoms, I really struggled with the impact it had on all facets of my life.
And continue to struggle with at times…
Today is ✨World IBS Awareness Day✨ and to mark the occasion, we’re shedding some light on IBS beyond the stats and the physical symptoms.
With no cure for IBS, the best we can do is manage it day-to-day. And there will be some days or weeks that will be more challenging than others (hello period! 🫤).
But it does get easier. And the more we can talk about these unspoken sides of IBS, the easier it will be for others to “get” the toll it can take 💛
