I am using AI tools quite extensively to support and assist in various activities and I must say there are some brilliant results but here is an example of why you must CAREFULLY choose the tools you use and why you must interrogate the answers given.

I was doing some competitor analysis for a client using a new Llama tool (and admisttadly this is in beta) based on Llama. The results listed one of the leading competitors which I then asked for a prfoile n which gave me glowing review. On asking for their website URL (as I could not find them in Google) I was informed that it was a fictitious business - yet it was listed as a competitor....
