Chris & I just wanted to express our gratitude to you and Retreat for all the assistance you've given us in resolving the final issue of the leaky 4 Seasons hatch. Jojo and her team at Unique did an amazing job and happy to advise that even following a bit of inclement weather over the past few days, not a single drop of water came in through either hatch, so it looks like we've put that particular problem to bed (and a dry one, at that!).
We were even more pleasantly surprised when Jojo us advised that you were picking up the tab for the whole job, so once again, our sincere thanks for all your wonderful efforts in helping us to get this, and the other list of earlier problems we had experienced, all now resolved to our complete satisfaction. It is a great testament to the wonderful product that Retreat manufactures and that they are fully prepared to stand behind their caravans for the benefit of their customers. Especially so considering the difficulties everyone has been experiencing over these last couple of years.
