❕Obviously when choosing your exercises in your programs, you’re looking for what exercises tear down the fascia of what muscle right?
❗️If you have some muscle stiffness or you simply can’t even wash your own back due to your mobility being dog s**t, then you should be looking at exercises that stretch the muscles past “comfortable” point
❕Whilst the DB pullover predominately work your lats, (chest if manipulated) it’s also an amazing exercises for people with upper back, chest and shoulder restrictions due to your mobility just not being adequate , try adding this exercises into your routine
