🧱✨ A huge thank you to Lisa! ✨🧱

I’m so grateful to Lisa for her generous donation of LEGO® to The Brick Space. Every brick helps me get one step closer to creating a fun, inclusive space for kids to learn, build, and grow 💜

Today my support worker is teaching me how to properly clean and sanitise all the LEGO bricks so they’re safe and ready for little builders 🧼🧱

We’ll be running a trial session in the coming weeks with our family and friends’ children to practise and fine-tune everything before our official February launch 🚀

📣 Stay tuned for enrolment details — I can’t wait to welcome our first builders!

🧱 A huge thank you to Amanda! 🧱

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Amanda for her incredibly generous donation of two amazing LEGO® kits to The Brick Space. Your kindness is helping bring my vision to life and will allow me to create meaningful, hands-on building experiences for children in our local community.

These kits will be used in our sessions to inspire creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and confidence, especially for children who learn differently and thrive in supportive, flexible environments. Your support is not just a donation of bricks; it’s an investment in joyful learning, inclusion, and opportunity.

I’m so grateful for your belief in this little business and the children it will support. Thank you for being part of the foundation of The Brick Space 💛

🌟 Welcome to The Brick Space! 🌟

Hi everyone! I’m Chris, and I’m so excited to introduce The Brick Space — my new LEGO® brick inspired micro-enterprise designed especially for homeschooling families in Rockingham, Western Australia.

Since finishing high school, I’ve been working towards an Early Childhood Education qualification, and I feel that The Brick Space will allow me to achieve my goal of working with children to provide educational, creative, and fun learning experiences.

Starting in Term 1, 2026, I’ll be hosting weekly 1-hour sessions for children from Kindy to Year 6. Each week we’ll explore hands-on builds linked to the WA STEM Curriculum, helping kids learn through creativity, teamwork, and play.

Students will take home a learning summary sheet each week to add to their homeschooling diaries, making it easy for families to show the great educational experiences they’ve been part of when meeting with their homeschool moderators.

I’m passionate about supporting all children — especially those who learn differently or need a little extra understanding and flexibility. As someone who is autistic and ADHD, I know how valuable it is to learn in an environment that’s low-pressure, inclusive, and fun.

Every session will be supported by my Disability Support Worker, Deirdre Atkinson-Byrne from Autistic Joy. Deirdre is an experienced professional who shares my commitment to creating positive, accessible learning experiences.

💡 Introductory Cost: $5 per child per week or $40 for the full 9-week term
📅 Launching: Term 1, 2026
📍 Where: Details coming soon!
👨‍👩‍👧 Parents stay on site during sessions

(As I gain experience, future term fees may increase to reflect my competitors rates.)

Follow this page for updates, enrolment info, and sneak peeks of our first builds! I can’t wait to meet you and your young builders.

🧱 Let’s learn, build, and create together at The Brick Space!
