With two days left til Superconductor, we thought we’d dive into what an “unconference” *is*

It’s a participant-driven gathering where the attended collectively shape the agenda. For us, that looks like this:

After the introduction at 10am, we’ll spend some time as a group deciding what will happen later in the day during session slots. In past years, this has included presentations, rants, and frank round-table discussions about accounting, art, technology, plagiarism, marketing, and more. Because we decide the topics and formats, and we’re a room full of experts in different domains, we end up with valuable and relevant sessions.
