🧠 OCD & Anxiety Disorders Week – 13–19 October 🧠
Let’s talk openly. Let’s support deeply. 💬💛

This week, we’re raising awareness for the 1 in 4 Australians affected by Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders often invisible, but deeply impactful.

At ProHealth Exercise Physiology, we understand that anxiety isn’t just “worry” and OCD isn’t about being “neat.” These are complex mental health conditions that deserve understanding, compassion, and evidence-based care.

Regular movement can:
✅ Regulate mood and reduce anxious tension
✅ Improve sleep and energy levels
✅ Support the brain’s natural stress relief systems
✅ Help reconnect body and mind through mindful, purposeful activity
