me”. Heather believes in creating a team plan for her patients’ health. She incorporates changes in your work positions, stretches, strengthening, movement, and other exercises into the long term plan for the best outcomes. Heather taught at VCMT (Vancouver College of Massage Therapy) as an Orthopaedic Treatment Instructor, and clinic and outreach supervisor, helping to train and encourage new RMTs. In her spare time, you can find Heather spending time with her family, swimming, at bootcamp class, dancing (whether at home doing the dishes, or in a class), or travelling the world.
