Ingredients:
❤20ml white Rum ❤
❤40ml
❤30ml Coconut Milk
❤40ml Chocolat (made into chocolate syrup using 30gram scoop Chocolat + 30ml coconut milk, heated and stirred to dissolve)
❤20ml Simple Syrup (made with dark brown sugar instead of white sugar)
❤Toasted coconut flakes for garnish
❤Ice
Garnish:
• Add 30gram scoop of CocoVelle Chocolat and 12.5ml of coconut milk to stainless milk jug and gently heat and stir till melted.
• Pour into bowl that you can easily turn a martini rim in.
• Turn martini rim in bowl to soak the edge in melted Chocolat before standing up straight and placing in fridge to cool.
• Repeat this step again and then dip into crushed, toasted coconut flakes.
• Rest glass upside down in fridge to set.
Method:
• Add ice to boston shaker, add all ingredients, shake and double strain into glass.
