We are back, after 4 days in Echuca

Little getaway the Mrs planned for the school holidays

Haven't been up this way for ages!

Paddle boats, horse carriages, bike riding and then a trip to the new miniature train track in Harcourt (on the way home) and The Great Aussie Beer Shed which was full of real interesting memorabilia

It was pretty nice to not cook breakfast, lunch or dinner for 4 days

And while the majority of the food was ok, I actually had 2 real standouts

Possibly the greatest breakfast and coffee I have ever had at a place called the The Black Pudding

Crab Omelette, was absolutely amazing!! I didn't take any pics of food but Courtney got a happy snap while we were there

And then I decided to order a steak while out (which I never would do) at 1895 The Royal. It was a 400gm Scotch Steak, Beef and Reef, cooked medium rare, which they nailed and overall was very good

Anyways, now it's time to get back ready for work and organize the next pop-up 😊

We just made a new special sausage this week at Kelly's Meats

And I must say, it's very tasty!

Garlic Prawn Sausage

Pork based, loads of garlic and prawns, butter and parsley, all encased in a natural skin

These things are brilliant!
