Sweet House Cakes

I have been a cake decorator for 19 years and also have qualifications as a pastry chef and food safety supervisor. I teach regular workshops with the Cake Decorators Association and welcome anyone to come along and try it out. Occassionally, I run my own workshops, topics including modelling, buttercream, royal icing, cookies and special occasion cakes of all kinds. I have over 25 years in the industry, including teaching, judging and cake decorating as a business.
