Almost at the halfway point of the season for a lot of our athletes…
We love seeing the progression of our athletes week to week but now is a good opportunity look back on the pre-season and first half of the season and see truely how far everyone has come!
We have had athletes compete and win at National and State Level Competitions…
Athletes set new PBs
And Athletes run again for the first time after injury!
All a testament to their dedication and constant progression!
