𝐋𝐚𝐳𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐕𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐬 ⚽🥦❤️

We were deep into a classic Madrid vs Barcelona match—Rihan analysing every move like a true little soccer pro. I was just enjoying the game (and secretly enjoying that he wanted to spend this time with me 😌).

It’s our lazy Saturday tradition: snacks, soccer, and no rush. But then came the vegetables…

He said he was “too full”… I said, “Oh no complaints, no excuses—you’ve still got space for the greens. They don’t take up the tummy space anyway!” 😂

Cue the dramatic sighs and Oscar-worthy expressions from Rihan… until I cheekily said, “Thanks for complimenting my boring-flavoured veggies!” 🥦😅

And just like that, he gave me a big hard nudge—like a soccer tackle, but full of love.

Who knew soccer and veggies could bring so much joy?

When we meet them with humour, patience, and presence—even over veggies—we’re planting seeds of love, trust, and lifelong memories.

Isn’t it funny how everything changes when you have a child?

Suddenly, I’m learning the rules of a game I never watched, clapping from the sidelines like I’ve followed it my whole life—and Googling things I never thought I’d Google. 🤯😂

💛 His joy became my curiosity.
