Upper body strength is often weakest in women and takes consistency and dedication to see increases. Pushups are one of the hardest exercises to master good technique and one that is often performed incorrectly.

Here Ellie and Fay show off quality technique with Eccentric Pushups this morning - Core and upper body strength 🔥🔥. This hasn't come easy though and is something they've worked hard for by stepping out of their comfort zone, and committing to the process (plus a sprinkle of whingeing 😉) .
