Thunderstone is anchored in one of Australia’s smallest and most distinctive grape-growing regions: the Porongurup range. With a population of just over 350 people, it’s not a region built for volume. It’s a place for those who invest in nuance, where vines grow in granite soils under the watchful presence of weather-worn rock. Tony Davis () has worked with this landscape for over 30 years – his history here predates the spotlight, and his understanding of the region runs deep.

Meet Tony and enjoy a 3-course paired dinner. The kitchen team, lead by Head Chef Clare, have put together a beautiful menu showcasing local ingredients, to pair perfectly with Thunderstone’s wine. Menu posted shortly.
