Dear PTHQ Members,

As you already know, we are looking to take care of your fitness journey beyond the closure of PTHQ at the end of June.

Christian, one of our personal training team will be opening up a new 24-hour training facility at the beginning of July to cater to his existing clients and all other PTHQ members.

It is close by, located only a few kilometers away in Osborne Park (corner of Frobisher Street and Sangiorgio Court).

It is a fully equipped gym with approximately 200 m2 of open-plan floor space. Its exclusive setup will support low traffic of members, in order to maintain that personal training studio feels, just like at PTHQ.

We know you will be in expert hands with Christian, as he has extensive knowledge and experience in the fitness industry.

The gym is in the final stage of completion and will be ready to open its doors at the beginning of July, to make for a smooth transition for all who are keen to continue training without any delays.

The gym will be offering an early bird rate of $ 11.95 per week on membership prices for the first month of July.

This will be exclusive to all PTHQ members.

As we here at PTHQ endeavor to look after your health and fitness into the future, we are delighted to offer you this opportunity to carry this on with Christian.

EFFORTLESS VEGAN OVERNIGHT OATS
(3 serves)



1 cup gluten-free rolled oats

1 ½ cups almond milk

¼ cup chia seeds

1 large banana, mashed

½ tsp ground cinnamon



For serving

Fresh mixed berries or other fruit

Ultimate Nutty Granola Clusters

H**p seeds

Pure maple syrup or another sweetener



1. In a small bowl, whisk together the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, banana and cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate overnight to thicken

2. In the morning, stir the oat mixture to combine. Serve the oats in a jar or parfait dish, alternating with layers of fresh fruit (such as mixed berries), granola, h**p seeds and a drizzle of sweetener if desired
