So many comms & engagement plans I see are full of motherhood statements & extensive lists of materials & methods as options for varied outcomes. They miss these three vital things...goals, the plan of actions, with dates and people responsible. Get real, give us the detail, a calendar to work to & true measures for success & improvement! Thoughts?
