The old yellowed Blackbutt timber floor has been fully restored by sanding it back to its natural, fresh timber tone. Years of ageing and discolouration were carefully removed, revealing the clean, warm character of raw Blackbutt.

To preserve this natural look, the floor was finished with Loba Invisible water-based coating. This premium finish gives the timber a raw, untreated appearance while still providing modern protection against wear, scratches, and daily traffic. The result is a light, contemporary floor that highlights the grain and beauty of Blackbutt without the yellow tint common in older coatings.

The transformation brings the room back to life—bright, natural, and beautifully understated.
