A highlight reel of our recent trip to Penang.

Legendary spot, unbelievable food and culture.

The literature has shown a direct correlation between spinal health and paper toss frequency.

Stop.

Blaming.

Your pillow.

The poor thing cops too much slack. Sure a pillows important, just like a good office chair is important.

But it’s one piece of the puzzle, and for a lot of people it’s a pretty small one.

For you, life doesn’t leave much room to spare. Work is demanding — but that’s exactly the kind of environment you thrive under.

So what happens when your body gets in the way? When neck tightness stops you from focusing past midday. When a headache means you can’t show up the way you need to in a big meeting.

What I’ve found works for busy professionals is having an actual plan — something structured, progressive, and specific to you. Something that fits into your life rather than asking you to rebuild your life around it.

That’s one of the biggest parts of how I work with people like you: a clear, progressed plan, not guesswork.

If you’ve let your body get in the way of your life for long enough, send me a DM and let’s chat.

Ever notice you can’t focus because something in your body is stealing your attention?

That’s something worth sorting out properly.

Once it’s fixed, you stop thinking about it and just get back to the work that matters.

If this is your normal lately, send me a DM or follow along.

If you sit at a desk most of the day, this is for you.

It’s not just about posture — it’s about what happens to the joints and discs in your lower back when they don’t get the movement they need. Swipe through for the full breakdown.

If this sounds like your 3pm reality, I’d love to help.

Every day at the desk your spine stops moving. Head forward, shoulders rounded - meaning your muscles holding your head up have to work overtime.

By the time Friday comes, those muscles are fatigued, the joints in your neck are overworked and your nervous system has been managing tension all week on top of everything else your job demands of you.

If this sounds like you, drop a comment below saying saying “ME” or shoot me a DM and I’ll tell you what we can do about it.

Most busy professionals hit a wall around 3pm and reach straight for coffee. If it’s happening every single day, caffeine isn’t the answer.

Here’s what’s actually going on: your spine houses the communication system between your brain and your body. When segments of that spine aren’t moving as they should — from hours of sitting, accumulated stress, poor posture under load — that system gets interrupted. Your nervous system ends up spending energy managing that dysfunction all day, and by mid-afternoon, it shows up as fatigue, brain fog, and that heavy feeling behind your eyes.

The 3pm slump often isn’t about sleep or diet. It’s your body telling you that it’s working harder than it should be just to keep you upright and functional.

If you’re a busy professional in Perth who’s tired of running at less than 100% — come and see me. Link in bio to book.

Most busy professionals hit a wall around 3pm and reach straight for their caffeine of choice. One off, you’ll get away with it, but if that’s every single day, no good.

Here’s what’s actually going on; your spine houses the communication system between your brain and body. When the spine isn’t moving well - from the hours of sitting and poor posture - that communication gets less efficient. So as a result your nervous system has to expend a bunch of extra energy managing the continual discomforts of the body, which by the afternoon shows up as that excessive fatigue and brain fog.

The 3pm slump often is often your body just struggling to stay focused because of the stiffness and dysfunction in the spine.
